Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB, plus the express options shown at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Prices are in USD, and any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown before you pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. The whole site runs on SSL encryption and payments go through Shopify, so your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can. Orders usually start processing within 1 to 3 business days, and once an order ships we can't change or cancel it. Email support@healthfitnesshacks.com with your order number and we'll do what we can.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping covers the lower 48 states, but it excludes Alaska and Hawaii. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes that don't accept carrier delivery. We plan to add more regions over time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. There are no hidden fees from us. Everything you owe is shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Handling takes 1 to 3 business days and transit takes another 5 to 8, so most orders arrive within 6 to 11 business days. Larger items like saunas and hot tubs ship by freight. If anything affects your delivery window, we'll let you know.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If it hasn't shown up, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@healthfitnesshacks.com with your order number and a few photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How do I start a return?

Are your products under warranty?

Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty, and the length depends on the item, so check the product page for specifics. If you're not sure, ask us before you buy and we'll confirm.
