This Shipping Policy is issued by RWR Raymond enterprises Inc., the operator of Health Fitness Hacks.

At Health Fitness Hacks, we provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. This policy explains how we ship orders placed on healthfitnesshacks.com.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

We currently ship to addresses within the United States
We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States (Excludes AK/HI)

All shipping costs are shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 6 to 11 business days from the time you place your order. This includes 1 to 3 business days of handling and 5 to 8 business days of carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

If an item needs extra time, the product page will show a note. That note will override the general timing above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size.

Shipment tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage. Contact us if there is an issue.

After your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or lost packages

If your delivery exceeds the 6 to 11 business day window, email us at support@healthfitnesshacks.com or call (360) 302-4182.

Marked delivered but not received

Confirm your shipping address
Check with neighbors or building management
Contact us so we can assist with a trace

Damaged packages

Photograph the packaging and the item
Contact us as soon as you notice, ideally the day it arrives, at support@healthfitnesshacks.com or (360) 302-4182

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will send the missing item or issue a refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Ceragem units can be gently used; other items should be unused and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong carry no fee at all. Certain items may not be returnable. Return shipping We arrange the return shipping. The restocking fee covers it, so there is no separate return-shipping charge.
Refund timing Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

10. Address Accuracy

Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

If a package returns to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and applicable reship fees.

12. Ceragem Products

Ceragem units (Master V series, Pause M series, MediSpa Pro) ship directly from Ceragem's US warehouse. Standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states is included in the price; the delivery team brings the unit inside your home. White Glove delivery and setup (unboxing, placement, setup, packaging removal) is available as a $200 add-on at checkout.

Ceragem schedules the delivery appointment with you directly after the order ships. Ceragem units are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States. Ceragem units follow the same return terms as everything else in our Return and Refund Policy (14 days, 20% restocking fee covering return freight).
