Every Ceragem order ships from Ceragem's US warehouse with standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states included in the price. If you'd like the unit unboxed, placed, and set up for you, add White Glove service ($200) at checkout.

You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.

Warranty

Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. An optional 2-year extension takes coverage to 3 years labor and 5 years parts. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

The Ceragem Master V5 is a thermal massage bed with heated jade rollers. It scans your spine, then works along it with heat and slow decompression while you lie still. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, and every V5 ships from Ceragem's US warehouse with in-home delivery included.

What it does

Each session starts with a body scan. CeraCore Generation 3 reads the curve of your spine and adjusts the roller path to fit it. The internal jade rollers heat to 149°F and move up and down the spinal line, with nine intensity levels you set from the colour LCD remote.

The V5 adds sound therapy to the session. Ceragem's audio programs play through the bed while the rollers work, and voice guidance tells you what each mode is doing. An abdominal heating stone comes in the box and warms your core.

There are 17 modes: 12 pre-programmed routines, including the newer Acu mode and a Sleep mode, plus 5 custom slots. Master Mode lets you pick a region and hold the massage there.

FDA cleared

The V5 is cleared by the U.S. FDA as a Class II medical device (510(k)) for thermal treatment and stress reduction and mitigation of muscle pain. Those are the claims Ceragem is cleared to make, and they are the only ones we make.

Fits a living room

Yes. Standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states is built into the price. The carrier brings the unit into your home. If you want it unboxed, positioned, and set up, add White Glove service for $200.
