You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.

Warranty

Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. An optional 2-year extension takes coverage to 3 years labor and 5 years parts. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

The Ceragem Master V9 is the top of the Master line. It maps your spine, decompresses it with four heated rotating rollers, and reclines in 1-degree steps from a flat bed to an upright chair. What it does

Each session opens with a high-precision scan. CeraCore Generation 5 reads the curvature of your spine and drives four rotating rollers along it with 70% more dynamic movement than the previous generation. Two dedicated pressure modes handle spinal decompression; the rest cover neck, shoulders, and lower back.

The Easy Reclining System adjusts in 1-degree increments and moves between bed mode and chair mode without getting up. Bed mode has 18 programmed modes and 5 manual selections; chair mode has 2 targeted-area modes and 2 manual, for 27 in total.

Two attachments come in the box. The Aircell leg massager compresses calves and feet. The abdominal projector combines heat with sonic vibration across the core.

FDA cleared

The V9 is cleared by the U.S. FDA as a Class II medical device (510(k)) for temporary relief of muscle aches, stiffness, and minor joint pain, and for promoting relaxation and improved local circulation. Those are the claims Ceragem is cleared to make, and they are the only ones we make.
