You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.

Warranty

Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. An optional 2-year extension takes coverage to 3 years labor and 5 years parts. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

What it does

The M4 is built around Ceragem's SL frame, a track shaped to the curve of the body that reaches the neck, back, hips, and thighs in one pass. It runs close to silent. Heated rollers bring concentrated warmth up to 149°F to the spine, and the chair reclines to 145 degrees at the touch of the remote.

There are 8 automatic modes: full body, neck and shoulder, waist and pelvis, back and waist, upper body, intense, deep full-spinal, and a gentle relax mode.

A heated abdominal massager and the footstool come in the box. The massager warms the core to 140°F while the chair works your back. A Bluetooth speaker is built into the chair.
