You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.
Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. An optional 2-year extension takes coverage to 3 years labor and 5 years parts. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

The Ceragem Master V6 is the thermal massage bed that adds legs to the session. It scans your spine, works along it with heated rollers, and wraps your calves in Air Cell massagers at the same time. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, and every V6 ships from Ceragem's US warehouse with in-home delivery included.
What it does
Each session starts with Ceragem's patented spinal scan. The bed reads the curve, flexion, and length of your spine, plus how your weight sits along it, and adjusts the roller height to match. The rollers heat to 149°F and travel the full spinal line with an intensive close-up massage along the spine.
Two attachments come in the box. The Air Cell massagers wrap your legs and compress in cycles. The heated abdominal massager rests on your midsection and warms to 140°F.
There are 22 modes: 17 pre-programmed routines plus 5 custom slots. The V6 also starts automatically when you lie down.
FDA cleared
The V6 is cleared by the U.S. FDA as a Class II medical device (510(k)). Ceragem's cleared claims are temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain and stiffness, a temporary increase in local circulation where applied, and relaxation of muscles. Those are the claims Ceragem is cleared to make, and they are the only ones we make.
Fits a living room
Closed, the V6 is a 48-inch bench in black, white, or camel brown. Open, it slides out to 80 inches for a full-length session. It has a Bluetooth speaker built in. Full specifications, delivery terms, and warranty details are in the tabs above.
