You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.

Warranty

Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. An optional 2-year extension takes coverage to 3 years labor and 5 years parts. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

The Ceragem Pause M10 is the top of the Pause line: a full-body massage chair with two silent motors, one for the upper body and one for the lower, so your shoulders and your legs get different treatment at the same time. What it does

Every session opens with a Smart Body Scan that maps your spine, shoulder position, and body profile. Two engines, each fitted with direct-heat thermal balls, then work the neck, shoulders, and lower back at once, which Ceragem describes as the feeling of two therapists working together. The thermal balls reach 149°F within ten minutes, and a heating sheet carries warmth from the neck down to the feet.

Split-Zone Personal Control lets you set the upper and lower body separately. A five-stage air-pocket system compresses shoulders, arms, hips, thighs, calves, and feet, with calf kneading, Achilles acupressure, dual rolling for the soles, and heel vibration. There are 24 automatic programs.

The dual reclining system raises the upper body to 150 degrees and the footrest to 80 with one touch. The chair needs only 4 inches of wall clearance to recline fully, and 16 anti-entrapment sensors stop movement if anything is in the way.

Built for a living room

Yes. Standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states is built into the price. The carrier brings the unit into your home. If you want it unboxed, positioned, and set up, add White Glove service for $200.
