Delivery & Returns

Every Ceragem order ships from Ceragem's US warehouse with standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states included in the price. If you'd like the unit unboxed, placed, and set up for you, add White Glove service ($200) at checkout.

You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.

Warranty

Orders placed through Oct 31 include a free 2-year extended warranty, which takes coverage to 3 years on labor and 5 years on parts. Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

The Ceragem Pause M10 is the top of the Pause line: a full-body massage chair with two silent motors, one for the upper body and one for the lower, so your shoulders and your legs get different treatment at the same time. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, and every M10 ships from Ceragem's US warehouse with in-home delivery included.

What it does

Every session opens with a Smart Body Scan that maps your spine, shoulder position, and body profile. Two engines, each fitted with direct-heat thermal balls, then work the neck, shoulders, and lower back at once, which Ceragem describes as the feeling of two therapists working together. The thermal balls reach 149°F within ten minutes, and a heating sheet carries warmth from the neck down to the feet.

Split-Zone Personal Control lets you set the upper and lower body separately. A five-stage air-pocket system compresses shoulders, arms, hips, thighs, calves, and feet, with calf kneading, Achilles acupressure, dual rolling for the soles, and heel vibration. There are 24 automatic programs.

The dual reclining system raises the upper body to 150 degrees and the footrest to 80 with one touch. The chair needs only 4 inches of wall clearance to recline fully, and 16 anti-entrapment sensors stop movement if anything is in the way.

Built for a living room

The M10 comes in brown and beige fabric with a wide, upholstered shell. It is a large chair, 69 inches deep and 306 pounds, and White Glove setup is worth adding. Full specifications, delivery terms, and warranty details are in the tabs above.

Direct heat

Two engines, working at once

Most massage chairs have one mechanism that travels the whole back. The M10 has two, each with its own direct-heat thermal balls, so the neck and shoulders are worked at the same time as the lower back.

Every session opens with a Smart Body Scan that maps your spine and shoulder position, and the 24 automatic programs adjust pressure and heat to it.

Pro dual-engine massage with Smart Body Scan

Your shoulders and your legs are not the same problem

Split-Zone Personal Control lets you set the upper body and lower body separately. Above the waist, the thermal balls reach 149°F within ten minutes. Below it, a five-stage air-pocket system holds thighs, calves, and feet in place for calf kneading, Achilles acupressure, dual rolling on the soles, and heel vibration.

Split-zone control, 5-stage air pockets

Full recline, four inches from the wall

The zero-wall design lets the M10 recline fully with just 4 inches of clearance behind it. One touch raises the upper body to 150 degrees and the footrest to 80. Sixteen anti-entrapment sensors watch the chair's path and stop it if something is in the way.

How a session goes

Three steps, no technique to learn

Step 1

Settle in

Lie down or sit back, pick a mode on the remote, and set the heat level you like. The unit takes it from there.

→

Step 2

Heat and movement

Heated rollers work along your body while the air cells compress and release. Most sessions run 20 to 40 minutes.

→

Step 3

Make it a habit

Ceragem recommends daily use. Save your preferred settings in a custom mode so the next session is one button.

Questions we get about Ceragem

Is delivery really included?

Yes. Standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states is built into the price. The carrier brings the unit into your home. If you want it unboxed, positioned, and set up, add White Glove service for $200.

What if it's not for me?

You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies, and that fee already covers the return shipping.

Who handles the warranty?

Ceragem USA. Standard coverage is 1 year labor and 3 years parts. Orders placed through Oct 31 include a free 2-year extension, for 3 years labor and 5 years parts. As an authorized dealer we register your unit with Ceragem when it ships.

Is it hard to set up?

No tools and no assembly. Plug it into a standard outlet, pair the remote, and run your first session. Ceragem's user manual and a quick-start video ship with every unit.

How much space do I need?

Check the folded and open dimensions in the Specifications tab above. Beds fold to a bench when not in use; chairs recline and need a few inches of wall clearance.

Are you an authorized Ceragem dealer?

Yes. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem sales partner. Every unit is new, ships from Ceragem's US warehouse, and carries the full manufacturer warranty.
