Every Ceragem order ships from Ceragem's US warehouse with standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states included in the price. If you'd like the unit unboxed, placed, and set up for you, add White Glove service ($200) at checkout.

You have 14 days from delivery to return it. A 20% restocking fee applies and that fee covers the return freight, so there is nothing extra to pay to send it back.

Warranty

Ceragem's standard warranty is 1 year on labor and 3 years on parts, serviced by Ceragem USA. An optional 2-year extension takes coverage to 3 years labor and 5 years parts. Health Fitness Hacks is an authorized Ceragem dealer, so your warranty is registered the day your unit ships.

The Ceragem Pause M6 is a massage chair that scans your spine before it starts. Auto spinal scanning maps your shape and posture, then heated rollers work the back while air cells handle the legs. What it does

Thermal Boost brings the chair to 149°F within ten minutes, and the Smart Preheat System starts warming the moment you sit down, with a voice prompt when it's ready. Auto spinal scanning shapes each of the 15 modes, 10 automatic and 5 custom, to your body. Massage movements include pressing, kneading, and tapping.

The dual reclining system moves the chair into a zero-gravity position with one touch and reclines to 150 degrees. Bluetooth speakers and a USB-C port are built in.

M6 or M6s

The M6 ships with the Aircell leg massager and the heated, vibrating abdominal massager. The M6s is the same chair without those two accessories, for $500 less. Both come in beige, brown, or espresso.

Yes. Standard in-home delivery to the lower 48 states is built into the price. The carrier brings the unit into your home. If you want it unboxed, positioned, and set up, add White Glove service for $200.

What if it's not for me?

Who handles the warranty?

How much space do I need?
